Cost:                     R5850.00 (Include Programme material, 35 hours interaction time, refreshments and light snack)

Programme Outline: 

This Programme is designed to challenge you as an entrepreneur to apply the practical hands-on skills you will acquire during the Programme by implementing them into your business through practical application.

All the Programme material will be distributed electronically and you will receive the necessary electronic templates where deemed necessary.

 Course time: 36 hours in training and 20 hours of work to be done between modules.

Once you have paid, you will receive an email confirming your booking from Elize and Di. Payment is done via PayFast.co.za, a secure payment gateway. You can either pay by credit card, debit card or EFT.

Di Timberlake has over 23 years experience in the field of management and leadership performance development.  She has consulted with companies in various industries including banking, telecommunications, pharmaceuticals, mining, education, construction and retail.

Key Capabilities and Experience

She has in-depth experience in a wide range of skills training, helping delegates and management to obtain key skills and knowledge in the following areas:  Leadership, Management, Sales, Business Processes, Systems Thinking, Interpersonal Skills, Personality Types, Teams, Managing Change, Coaching, Networking, Communication, Presentations, Motivation and Interview and Selection Skills.

Her passion is to make a difference and add value to all her clients and for them to walk away having spent their time wisely, gaining valuable insights, skills and abilities to carry them forward.

Di serves as a speaker and promoter, focusing on developing the youth of South Africa.  She holds seminars and training courses for teenagers and their parents on relationships, boundaries, bullying and respect.  She has written a book as a support to these programmes

Elize Brassell

Elize Brassell worked for over 15 years in businesses where she gained vast experience at a variety of companies such as Standard Bank, Action Bolt, Tiger Wheel and Tyre. In most of these business sectors she was involved in the financial departments, before she pursued her calling in Education. Elize believes that her purpose in life is to influence and develop young adults and adults alike to achieve their full potential.

Her clients say that she has an amazing ability to understand and work with a diverse range of people, and to help them achieve their purpose and goals.

She has completed a Mentorship diploma with UNISA, a Pastoral Counselling Course through Lonehill Village Church and is currently completing her Bachelor of Education with UNISA.

Elize taught at an upmarket private school for the past 10 years, where she fulfilled the role of Head of Department for Life Orientation.  Elize utilized her extensive business experience in spearheading projects such as the HBC/Hirsch’s Master Chef event, Career Indaba’s, Career Days, Cultural days and a variety of other opportunities that would give her students the life skills that would help them to become effective members of society.
